For customers in the Greater Seattle Area, you will receive your package within 1-2 days. For customers outside the Greater Seattle Area, you will receive your package within 2-8 days if you select the “Free Delivery” option during checkout. However, you also have the option to select “Premium Shipping” to receive your package in 2-3 days.Note that customers in Washington State have the option for in-store pick up; please call our customer care line (+1 206-999-0745) to schedule.
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your request for a refund.
